The Opportunity: Corporate Safety Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner w/ Finance and Risk departments to deliver recurrent safety performance reports to support operational reviews.
• Design and Build safety analytics to enhance front line visibility and operational decision making.
• Recommend mitigation plans for hazard control and prevention based on developing incident trends.
• Develop safety awareness and training communications to expand field safety engagement.
• Drive continuous process improvement to eliminate waste in safety reporting administration.
• Perform industry and competitive benchmarking on safety policies and incident frequency metrics.
• Support critical vendor qualification processes to maintain and grow our commercial platform.
• Collaborate with Risk department and Third-Party Administrator (TPS) to audit OSHA Recordability.
• Support strategic technology investments to drive engagement and reduce unsafe behaviors.

Experience Required

    Basic knowledge of employee safety engagement models and hazard control programs

    Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint and Power BI integration

    1-3 years: Professional experience in Safety or related field

Experience Preferred

    Assoc. Safety Professional (ASP) certification or equivalent
