We are searching for a talented Environmental Programs Specialist to be based out of our office in Key Tower in Downtown Cleveland, OH. 


  • Directs, coordinates, documents and responds to environmental issues such as mold, lead based paint, biohazards, asbestos and bug infestation.  
  • Develops, manages and directs the environmental training programs. 
  • Reviews new regulations and emerging issues associated with environmental compliance.
  • Conducts site visits to provide technical support as needed.


  • This position requires an Undergraduate Degree in Environmental and Safety. 
  • 3-5 years required experience in Training.
  • 6-10 years required experience in Environmental Projects and Environmental Compliance. 
  • Professional licensing requirements include: CIEC, CIAQM, EPA/AHERA, and Certified Renovator.
  • Required skills for the position include: listening, record keeping, management/leadership, goal setting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other required skills include: the ability to present and public speak, problem solving, and have the initiative; along with following through. 
  • This position requires up to 25% travel.
